As Criterium’s Vice President, Client Success, Micayla Brooks leads the Client Success team in developing and executing strategies to improve the client experience, build lasting client relationships, and expand our client base. This includes evaluating and enhancing business systems and processes to ensure positive client experiences and outcomes—client cultivation, proposal development, assembly of project teams, and monitoring project lifecycles.
With more than 20 years of account management, business development, marketing, and operational leadership experience, Micayla brings a wealth of knowledge to Criterium. As a solution-oriented, collaborative leader, Micayla has demonstrated success in leading teams and organizations through rapid sales growth, improved profitability, and new business processes that deliver operational efficiencies.
