Our client Port Property recently acquired a multi-building portfolio of 180,000 square feet in the West Bayside neighborhood in Portland, Maine (pictured). The buildings represent a wide range of current uses and include a 420-space parking garage.
The firm engaged with Criterium Engineers to perform commercial building inspections on all of the properties and cost segregation analyses on several of them.
This project presents exciting new opportunities for the West Bayside neighborhood, which was once known as an industrial area. In the past decade it has undergone a major transformation as restaurants, bars, shops, and residences move into the area.
Congratulations to the Port Property team who invest in and provide management services for residential and commercial properties in Maine and North Carolina.
