Client Spotlight: The Holy Donut

the holy donutNational Donut Day takes place next week and makes this a perfect time to highlight one of our favorite clients, The Holy Donut. This local company makes two million donuts a year with all-natural ingredients, including their not-so-secret ingredient: fresh Maine potatoes. They’ve been featured in national media such as The New York Times, Bon Appetite Magazine, and Elle Magazine.

The Holy Donut recently engaged with Criterium Engineers for due diligence services for one of their commercial properties in southern Maine. Every year, we assist prospective buyers in support of thousands of real estate transactions all across the country. Our licensed, Professional Engineers conducted a commercial building inspection and a Phase 1 environmental site assessment for the company.

Criterium Engineers’ commercial building pre-purchase inspections guide our clients through the due diligence process. The inspections and the resulting reports inform the prospective buyer regarding important aspects of the property. All of Criterium’s reports conform to widely-recognized national standards such as the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and Standard and Poor’s.

Congratulations to The Holy Donut team on your continued growth—and Happy National Donut Day!
