We’ll be at the upcoming Multifamily Executive conference in exhibit booth #415 from October 2-4 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. This event is for multifamily industry (apartments/condos) property executives, developers, architects, builders, and other real estate executives.
The conference touts a refreshed agenda including topics such as rent control, snowballing construction and operating costs, talent retention, and moving-target consumer demand as the new normal. One focus is the big changes that the millennial demographic is bringing to the multifamily housing market.
