Criterium-Williams is Criterium’s Office of the Month

Dustin Williams Office of the Month

Criterium President David Leopold with Dustin Williams of our San Antonio affiliate office.

Dustin Williams, P.E., received the Criterium Engineers Office of the Month award for May, for his responsiveness, adaptability, professionalism and competence, all qualities of a strong leader. The Office of the Month award also includes a cash award.

Dustin Williams exemplifies all of those qualities, especially in this COVID-19 environment where serving our clients and running our businesses has created new and significant challenges for all of us. Most of all we must adapt to many changes quickly and effectively.  Before COVID, Dustin was working on two corporate-led engineering projects in San Antonio, Texas, where his office is based. With the travel restrictions in place, our corporate office staff were no longer able to take the lead from Maine. Dustin quickly stepped in to provide a higher level of support to both our client and our corporate staff. He has provided excellent engineering expertise and shown his depth of knowledge and ability to communicate complicated processes in building heating/ventilation/air conditioning operations for a unique high profile condominium building.

In addition, Dustin has provided strong leadership to other Criterium Office Principals, offering helpful insights on federal lending programs like the Paycheck Protection Program as well as ongoing safety and field protocols.

Congratulations to Dustin Williams and Criterium-Williams Engineers on being named our Office of the Month.

Criterium Engineers affiliates are located throughout the United States and in Canada.
