Bath RiverWalk HOA president Phil Day shared, “We learned so much working with Criterium Engineers as we transitioned ownership to our board. When our board was ready to do a reserve study, we went back to the experts at Criterium to help us make informed decisions about our community and planning for future investments.”
Located on the banks of the Kennebec River in the heart of historic Bath, Maine, the Bath RiverWalk waterfront condominium association engaged with Criterium Engineers in early 2020 when they needed a transition study to transition control of the community from the developer to their governing board. We worked with them to help their owners know exactly what they were getting when they took over.
This year, Bath RiverWalk homeowner association is working with Criterium’s licensed Professional Engineers to provide a reserve study that identifies risks, reveals opportunities, and helps the board manage costs. The value of a reserve study is best revealed in maintenance cost savings, smart investments in improvements, and peace of mind.
Bath RiverWalk’s four riverfront buildings encompass 32 units.
