Rebecca is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in Mechanical and Architectural Engineering. She has provided engineering consultation for sustainable energy, construction, and building systems from energy audits, building evaluations, envelope evaluations and along with her team, has developed and continues to manage one of the most respected national quality assurance and building forensic engineering programs in the country.
Rebecca is regularly an adjunct professor at the University of Maine, Mechanical Engineering Technology department, Central Maine Community College Architectural and Civil Engineering Department, and is also on the Industrial Advisory Committee for the University of Maine, School of Engineering Technology to provide feedback to faculty regarding industry trends for curriculum development. She is also on the Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code (MUBEC) Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for Maine code.
Rebecca is a licensed Professional Engineer in over 16 states with Certified Energy Manager, LEED AP, and Green Building engineering certifications along with a license in the real estate industry. She is a current member of the National Society of Professional Engineers as well as Member of ASHRAE, the US Green Building Council, and Society of Women Engineers.
