Ralph Manglass, P.E.

Ralph Manglass, P.E., returned to Criterium Engineers in 2023. Ralph provides Property Condition Assessments, Commercial Building Inspections, Reserve Studies, and Transition Studies.

He previously was employed by Criterium Engineers from 1995-96 and 2001-08, when he worked on many New England and regional projects and performed approximately two thousand home inspections.

In recent years he worked for a Maine design engineering firm and later performed nationwide building-based work with Bureau Veritas North America.

Ralph is a native New Yorker who has lived and worked in Maine since 1988. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Purdue University and is a licensed, Professional Engineer in Maine.

Ralph and his wife live in mid-coast Maine. He volunteers at the Owls Head Transportation Museum where he is happily surrounded by vintage autos, airplanes, and motorcycles.
