Deb Adams joined Criterium Engineers in 2019. She has led Criterium’s Project Management and Operations team as well as the development and delivery of strategic initiatives including Criterium’s proprietary report writing software. With this broad knowledge of Criterium’s clients and business operations, Deb currently spearheads the Affiliate & Shared Services team, responsible for the people, processes, and technology resources that are common across the Criterium organization.
Deb has over 30 years of professional experience spanning the biotechnology industry as an R & D engineer and nearly two decades shaping STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education at the high school and college levels. Her dynamic skill set and strategic approach to planning and problem-solving drive results in promoting quality while simultaneously advancing efficiencies in business processes, talent development, and resource management. She holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Management with a focus in Construction Project Management.
As VP, Affiliate & Shared Services, Deb is focused on supporting the success of each individual, team, and office in the Criterium organization.
