Carolyn Martinez

Carolyn has more than a decade of real estate experience, as an agent and a broker, specializing in the sale of newly constructed, single-family homes. She has also gained valuable experience supporting residential construction projects through her husband’s construction firm.

As a Client Success Manager, Carolyn focuses on developing, supporting, strengthening, and growing our client relationships. From client onboarding to client goal achievement, she is an internal advocate for the client, ensuring projects meet Criterium’s quality standards and fulfill the project scope.

Carolyn lives in Stockdale, Texas with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys watching her kids participate in various sports as well as reading a good book in her downtime.
