Charlotte’s professional background includes new home building project assistance through the entire life cycle of a project, from the initial building plans to the final walkthrough.

As a Client Success Manager, Carolyn focuses on developing, supporting, strengthening, and growing our client relationships. From client onboarding to client goal achievement, she is an internal advocate for the client, ensuring projects meet Criterium’s quality standards and fulfill the project scope.

Charlotte lives with her three young sons (11, 9, and 4) on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine.
