V. Campbell Grant has over 40 years of industrial and building experience gained across several fields. In 2006, Cam joined Criterium Engineers to manage quality assurance of real estate engineering services for its national clients. This work continues, and includes training and oversight of Criterium’s assigned affiliate engineers. Cam’s duties and responsibilities have expanded to include direct service to our clients in the northeast and assignments to lead larger projects across the country. Since joining Criterium, Cam has developed particular expertise in providing Property Condition Assessments, Environmental Site Assessments, Capital Needs Assessments and Community Association Transition and Reserve Studies.
Prior to joining Criterium, Cam held engineering-related positions in design, construction, and operations management across a variety of industries, including plastics (CYRO & Chemacryl), ship building (Bath Iron Works), and construction for infrastructure projects.
Cam graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), US Green Building Council, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and a National Assn of Building Inspection Engineers Certified Building Inspection Engineer (CBIE). He is also credentialed with the Community Associations Institute’s Reserve Specialist designation.
