Enhanced Confidence
Communication among and between all offices and Criterium Engineers home office is vital to the dynamic nature of our business. We enhance confidence by providing a clearinghouse of information, a sounding board for ideas, and a safe harbor in stormy seas. In addition to phone calls, seminars, and conferences, communication is promoted through three primary vehicles:
Pulse. A weekly newsletter full of timely information; always readable and to the point; distributed to you electronically.
Members Only Internet Site. Before there was a popular Internet, Criterium Engineers maintained an electronic bulletin board system (BBS) for it offices to communicate and share information. Today, that has all been replaced with a section of our web site accessible only to Criterium offices. This tool allows members across the nation to feel connected to each other. The site contains our Operations Manuals, dozens of samples, templates, forms, and references, plus a forum to communicate on any subject. Look up owners experience on-line, find out what's new, link to other useful sites, and download valuable materials. All this is available in a secure and friendly environment.
Office Visits. Every year, Criterium Engineers staff visits one half of all offices for a day of personal consulting and observation. These visits are designed to stimulate new ideas, planning, and implementation of business systems.
